Sacred Intimacy:
A Journey Toward Connection and Healing
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” – Carl Jung
First, a little backstory…
As I was gearing up to run for office in New York State, I discovered how frightening the internet had become for people who wanted to step up, be of service, and lead. Fearing blackmail, I scrubbed the internet of my “nudes,” only to realize I was better off “leaking” them myself—with context—to disarm their power. And thus, PostShame.org and #PostShame were born. I thought helping young people dissolve shame around nude photo leaks would be the extent of my activism. But it evolved into the online show Safe Space and later into the podcast Find Your Light with Adam MacLean.
Rewind even further: I moved to New York to dance in 2003, and as that dream was fulfilled and allowed to evolve, I built a career supporting influential individuals through some of the most personal aspects of their lives—as a personal assistant, executive assistant, lifestyle consultant, and chief of staff.
Combined with my own ongoing journey of healing, these experiences have led me to believe:
Coaching is essential for growth in any area of life—whether it’s sports, health, relationships, or spirituality.
Our sexuality is our most potent and immediate connection to source (or whatever you choose to call the Universe or God).
Our bodies will always hold the answers to our deepest questions and reveal our absolute truths.
The alchemy of all my experience and learning has led me to becoming a Sacred Intimate. I continue to deepen this work through ongoing mentorship with respected Sacred Intimacy practitioners Court Vox and Marc Peridis.
At the core of my Sacred Intimacy practice is the creation of a safe, intentional space for exploration, healing, and transformation. Rooted in vulnerability and trust, this work invites individuals to embrace their desires, release shame, and reconnect with the wisdom of their body, mind, and spirit. My approach blends breathwork, guided meditations, meaningful dialogue, embodiment exercises, and partner work—offering a dynamic and holistic path to self-discovery. Together, we will explore the blocks that hold you back, honor your unique journey, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with yourself and others.
My path into Sacred Intimacy was born from deeply investigating my own shadows and seeking innovative practices to unify everything I’ve learned over more than two decades of personal and professional growth. This work has profoundly changed my life and sharpened my ability to support others on their own paths.
I work with people of all genders and orientations. Interestingly—or perhaps naturally, given my own path—I most often work with straight men who are seeking to reconnect with their bodies, explore their relationship to masculinity, deepen their understanding of their partners' experiences, and release the weight of constantly being in roles of providing, protecting, and managing for others. In today’s cultural climate, I believe this work is essential for meeting the challenges of our time. I’m deeply honored to support the men who have been courageous enough to step into this work.
Whether you're navigating challenges with intimacy, exploring your sexuality, feeling stuck in your career, or striving for a more integrated and authentic sense of self, this journey is about meeting you exactly where you are—with empathy, curiosity, and practical tools for meaningful growth.
